PARENTS ONLY drop off & pick up kids.

  Check In:  show # tag @desk, then take child to his/her room

                     (GrowTime kids, 2s-K, check in for class then too)

   Check Out:  show # tag @ desk, then retrieve child from his/her room

   Nursery:  same procedures, plus parents are given a pager for the day

   2nd-5th grade:  parents show # tags @classroom for check in/out

   Guests:  sign in to receive temporary tag

   Members:  fill out info forms for placement in system

Forgotten & lost tags?  One free replacement ($5 ea after that)

NOTE:  Sundays--Kids' Wing opens 10 min after The Gathering ends

 

 

On Sundays, The Gathering is when & where our church family celebrates God in collective worship.  GrowTime, our kids' church program for ages 2-K, is held every week in the Kids' Wing, during The Gathering.  It consists of singing, praying, Bible lesson, movies, special guests, puppets, games & crafts.  At the end of GrowTime, children are taken to their Bible Community.

 

NURSERY
Unstaffed cry room is located within the Auditorium holding area.

Staffed nursery for Newborns--24 mos. in the KIds' Wing, Rm 107.

ROOMS:

  Nursery--1st grade (Rms 101-107 in Kids' Wing)

  2nd-5th grade (Rms 109-111, located just passed cafe)

DAYS/TIMES:

  Sunday program  11:10-11:50 am

  Wednesday program  7:00-8:05 pm

CURRICULUM:  Nursery (Palma Smiley)  2s--5th grade (Think Orange)

 

 

Kids engage in small & large group activities to learn that they have a purpose & place in the Kingdom.

Each age group has 3 main points that are covered within their lessons.

These points are:

 2s-Pre K

 --Our God is a great big God.

 --God loves me.

 --God wants me to love others. 

 K-5th

 --I need to make the wise choice.

 --I can trust God no matter what.

 --I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

 

 

INDOOR PLAYGROUND
@Kids' Wing entrance, this fun spot is reserved for ages 2 yrs - K only.

 

 

A vital part of our ministry, this great area supplies the help our teachers need to do their job/calling.

2 yrs--5th grade move up annually at the beginning of Summer.

 

 

Because food & non-food allergies are so common, we take every precaution to stay current on the best alternatives and provide a safe environment.

 

 

If you notice your child is not feeling well--out of consideration to the other kids/families & volunteers--our guidelines require that children who are ill will not be allowed into Kids' Wing, (classrooms, nursery or playground).

We ask that you refrain from bringing your child if he/she is experiencing one or more of the following symptoms:

     Fever over 100.4 (up to 24 hours prior)

     Vomiting or Diarrhea

     Skin rashes

     Coughing associated with a respiratory infection

     Runny nose which has a yellow or green discharge

     Pinkeye, w/yellow/green or thick eye drainage

     Parasites such as nits, lice, mites, or ringworm

     Drainage, in any form, from the ear

     Upset stomach from reading this list ... just kidding!
